National Youth Ambassador Caucus

Fifty of Canada¹s top young leaders will be selected to come to the nation¹s capital for a unique opportunity to develop a national strategy for Canada¹s 150th birthday in 2017. In Ottawa, youth can expect a highly dynamic experience learning about Canada beyond their own backyard. They will develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills, and delve into issues of national importance with leaders from business, government and community. The highlight of the event takes place on Parliament Hill where Ambassadors will showcase their ideas for local community events celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday to Members of Parliament and special guests. Junior Team Canada Mission to China

Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming

July 29th ­ August 13th, 2016

 

Global Vision is looking for thirty of Canada¹s top young leaders to represent their communities and country as JTC Ambassadors on a whirlwind mission to China this summer. While overseas, JTC will promote Canadian industry and culture while strengthening bilateral trade, investment and people-to-people ties in the world¹s second largest economy. Working with the Embassy and Consulates of Canada, Global Vision will organize opportunities to engage Chinese industry, government, community and youth leaders. The mission will give youth an opportunity to get a Œboots on the ground¹ experience to take in the unique sights, sounds and tastes of China while furthering strengthening the bonds between our two nations.
