At Gonzaga, we believe in building a community of learners who are supported by each other. We provide socio-emotional supports while ensuring accountability and developing resiliency.
Some initiatives and projects that we have at Gonzaga include Restorative Justice, colouring groups, knitting clubs, teacher and student mental health coalitions, and The Friendship Bench Project.
In 2018-2019, we are excited to launch a new Service Leadership Certificate program. Check out the link here for more information.
Our students also are able to partake of weekly colouring and knitting sessions to relax and to make new friends. Our student and teacher mental health coalitions are very active with offering activities throughout the year. These can be team building experiences or information sessions about sustaining relationships or providing strategies to promote positive mental health.
